To achieve this aim we utilise a range of market research techniques to gather information at the source which is then analysed and used to make recommendations aimed at driving the business ahead. We present our findings and advice in such a way that the information can be easily understood and thus acted upon.

A dedicated team of people are employed to assist with the field work and data analysis for the research service, and we also have a team of proactive shoppers throughout New Zealand who are trained to our specific standards, to undertake store assessments for Wildfire.
